Recherche urgente de participants et participantes pour une étude
Bonjour!
Êtes-vous un.e adulte en bonne santé de 25-38 ou 45-50 ans ayant moins de 6 ans de formation musicale ? Nous avons besoin de votre participation pour mieux comprendre comment le cerveau traite le rythme !
Il y aura deux courtes tâches musicales à faire à domicile et une session au laboratoire BRAMS à la fine pointe de la technologie à Outremont. Durant la session au laboratoire, on vous fera passer quelques tests de dépistage de base suivis d’un électroencéphalogramme (EEG) pour enregistrer votre activité cérébrale.
L’étude durera environ 4.5h à 5h. Il y aura une compensation financière de 50 CAD pour la complétion de l’étude.
Cette étude, supervisée par Professeure Isabelle Peretz, fait partie du projet doctoral de Véronique Martel, candidate au PhD.
À noter que mon stage d’été se termine dans quelques semaines et d’ici là, j’aimerais accueillir le plus de sujets possibles !

Urgently seeking participants for a study
Hi!
Are you a healthy adult between 25-38 or 45-50 years old with less than 6 years of musical training? We need your participation to better understand how our brain processes rhythm!
There will be two short musical tasks to be completed at home and one session at the state-of-the-art BRAMS music lab in Outremont. During the lab session, we’ll perform some basic screening tests followed by an electroencephalogram (EEG) to record your brain activity.
The entire study takes around 4.5 to 5 hours to complete. There’ll be a 50 CAD financial compensation upon completion of the study.
This study is supervised by Professor Isabelle Peretz and is a part of the doctoral project of Ph.D. candidate Véronique Martel. Please note that my summer internship will end in just a few weeks, and I’d like to welcome as many participants as possible!
