Auditory Training in Deaf Children

Abstract: Auditory education constitutes an important part of deaf children’s education after auditory rehabilitation (cochlear implants or hearing aids devices). We will present the results obtained in 2 groups of profoundly deaf children (cochlear implants vs hearing aids recipients).

Bio: Françoise Rochette is a speech therapist in the region of Paris and in Burgundy. At the same time, he is doing a Ph.D. supervised by Prof. Emmanuel Bigand, Director of LEAD-CNRS 5022, University of Burgundy (Dijon, France).
