Founder and director of the Piano Pedagogy Research Laboratory, a research infrastructure that brings together researchers from various disciplines who are interested in developing a better understanding of piano learning.

My research interests:

  • Learning how to read music
  • Physiological aspects of piano playing
  • Health issues related to piano playing
  • Motivation and learning a musical instrument
