Marie-Andrée Richard
Marie-Andrée is a Ph.D. candidate in psychology. Interested in music cognition, her research focuses on the cognitive and neural mechanisms underlying music reward and auditory-motor synchronization in a running task, while considering individual differences in terms of rhythmic abilities and music reward sensitivity. Her project will determine to what extent reward and auditory-motor synchronization influence each other. Outside academia, Marie-Andrée plays violin and takes part in the BRAMS students/postdoc committee.
