Marie-Andrée is a Ph.D. Student at the Psychology Department of the Université de Montréal. In 2020, she completed a M.Sc. degree in Psychology at BRAMS under the supervision of Nathalie Gosselin. Her master thesis was about the measurement of musical emotions by the acoustic startle reflex. Her Ph.D. project focuses on the mechanisms underlying reward and auditory-motor synchronization using the mutual synchronization paradigm. This project will determine at what extent these mechanisms are overlapped.
