Dr. Stefan Janaqi


BRAMS is pleased to announce that Dr. Stefan Janaqi will be visiting the laboratory, as an invited scholar, from September to December 2018 for a research collaboration with Prof. Simone Dalla Bella.

Stefan Janaqi is a Data Scientist, going through a long path with five years of university studies in mathematics (pure and applied), followed by years of specialization in Mathematical Optimization and Numerical Methods, then a Master’s Degree (ancient DEA) in Operational Research followed by a Ph.D. in Graph Theory at ENSIMAG. By the end of 1995, Dr. Janaqi had a Post-Doctoral Position at ELF Antar France with the theme “What is the confidence one can have on Machine Learning Models?”. Ever since, he is a Lecturer-Researcher and Consultant on Data Science. He has elaborated numerous Models for Petroleum Industry, Medical Pathologies and more recently Movement Signatures and Rhythmic or Musical Signatures.
