Participant recruitment


The Penhune Lab from Concordia University is recruiting professionally trained musicians aged 18 to 35 for a study investigating the effects of the age at the start of training on auditory-motor synchronization.

Musicians must currently be practicing their instrument or voice, have at least 3 years of formal training, and at least 10 years of overall experience. Participants must also be fluent or advanced English speakers.

Testing takes place at the Montreal Neurological Institute over 2 sessions, and you will be paid $150 for your participation.
