I am a hard-working, versatile, curious and passionate professional artist and student at the BRAMS Laboratory.
I have done my undergraduate studies at the University of Ottawa, and I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in neuropsychology in the Research and Intervention Program at the University of Montreal under the supervision of Dr. Nathalie Gosselin.
My thesis project focuses on the effects of background music on cognition in the general population and on a population with attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity (ADHD).
I also participate in collaborative projects on subjects like the emotional judgments of music, the emotional effect of movement on music, autism and music, as well as the cognitive processes involved in reading music, piano pedagogy and piano finger gestures.
