Falisha Karpati, Ph.D.

Dr. Falisha Karpati was a Doctoral researcher at McGill University under the supervision of Dr. Krista Hyde. Currently she is an inclusion consultant who works with academic, research, and scientific organizations to build environments where individuals with all identities and ways of thinking can thrive.

Falisha Karpati offers equity, diversity, and inclusion assessments, strategy consulting, and customized workshops on cognitive diversity and the neuroscience of inclusion. More detail is available on her website.
