Sébastien Paquette, Ph.D.

Sebastien received his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Montreal and just came back to Montreal after completing a postdoc in the Music, Stroke Recovery, and Neuroimaging Laboratory (Harvard Medical School, Boston).

He is now a postdoc in Dr. Alexandre Lehmann’s laboratory. His work focuses on the auditory perception of music and voice and how it can be utilized for rehabilitation. By combining his neuroscience background with machine learning techniques, he hopes to improve CI use outcomes by identifying its underlying neuro-functional markers.
